Static Flying

This will allow the player to defy gravity and fly.

Property
Speed	The flying speed in they direction.
Smooth	A smoothing effect applied in the y direction.
Enter	Choose to enter the flying state by button press or set it to always.
Exit	The button, if any, that will exit the flying state.
